The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is granting you free access to all public transport in the entire South Tyrol with just a single ticket.
How use it correctly?
Upon arrival you will be given a South Tyrol Guest Pass for use during your stay. This pass enables complimentary use of all public transportation in South Tyrol including:
- Regional trains (Brenner/Brennero – Trient/Trento, Mals/Malles – Innichen/San Candido)
- Local buses (city, intercity, shuttle services)
- Cable cars (Burgstall/Postal – Vöran/Verano, Vilpian/ Vilpiano – Mölten/Meltina, Bozen/Bolzano – Ritten/ Renon, Bozen/Bolzano – Kohlern/Colle, Mühlbach/Rio Pusteria – Meransen/Maranza)
- Ritten/Renon funicular
- Switzerland PostAuto Service (Mals/Malles – Müstair)
How to use the Südtirol Guest Pass:
- The holder must be identified at the back of the card, specifying name/surname and duration of stay
- After initial validation the card is valid for 7 days
- For stays over 7 days ask the accommodation provider to issue a new card
- Your Südtirol Guest Pass must be validated at the start of each trip
- To validate, scan the card QR code at machine readers on buses and at railway stations
- The card is not valid for transporting bicycles or pets
- No card is required for children under the age of 6
